COUNSELING SERVICES
Work with me 1:1 in a confidential, remote space. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches. I also enjoy integrating expressive art interventions in session, only as desired by the client. Therapy services are LGTBQIA+, gender, poly, and kink affirming.
This approach focuses on radical acceptance, compassion, and deeply listening to all the parts of YOU.

GROUP THERAPY + WORKSHOPS
COMING SOON!
In my personal and professional experience, group work tends to have a (surprisingly) profound impact on individuals. It makes sense— you’re being vulnerable, communicating with others, fortifying interpersonal skills, the list goes on. I’ve worked as a group therapist for most of my career— come see the magic!
Group offerings to come Spring 2025.
INSURANCE + FEES
Unfortunately, I am not currently accepting insurance. However, I am happy to provide you with a “super-bill” (read: a bill of 3-5 sessions at a time) you can submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.
I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider and asking about mental health coverage before initiating services.

SPECIALTIES
ANXIETY
I know anxiety quite well— professionally AND personally. And through all my training, I have lots of tools and routes we can take to tend to the dread, doom, worry, or even panic you may be feeling. I often integrate empirically proven mindfulness techniques that can drastically change the way we relate to anxiety.
IDENTITY/SELF-ESTEEM
Self-esteem issues often seem to derive from learned beliefs about ones’ self that don’t quite measure up to the reality of our wonderful, already-awesome selves.
Using creative techniques, LGBTQIA+ informed therapies, and simple curious exploration, we can work together to understand these beliefs and anchor into an authentic you.
INTERPERSONAL ISSUES
By nature, we are social creatures! Probably not the first time you’ve heard that. It is true though— and the way we relate to others has a direct impact on how we relate to ourselves. Often it seems that interpersonal conflict transforms into deep wisdom about our selves.
